Fill in a registration form. Upon the verification of data provided in the form, you will receive, within 48 hours, email with a password and ID to Dotpay as well as technical details necessary to activate the payment system on your own website. The password and ID allow you to log in to Dotpay. Go to http://dotpay.pl and select Login from the top menu. You will be asked to enter your ID and password. After successful login, you will gain access to the account administration panel (My Dotpay panel) where you can manage services and check out your account balance as well as transaction status. Upon your first login, you will be asked to select the Password Change option in order to change the password emailed to you. This is extremely important as it prevents unauthorised persons from accessing your account.

Yes. The registration data is necessary to open an account in Dotpay. Even if you leave one field blank, your registration will fail. All the data is used only for the initial verification of the User and is intended to prevent impersonation. Please note that only adults can register in Dotpay.

No. Both businesses and individuals who do not run business activities can take advantage of the Dotpay services.

In order to become the Dotpay user, you have to hold a bank account and have full legal capacity (in the case of natural persons, it means being at or over the age of 18). Items and services you sell and provide must be in line with the law.

It is impossible to transfer an account onto another person if it is held by a private individual. Business accounts can be passed on to other companies.

Yes. Buyers outside Poland can pay you with a credit card or Ukash coupon.

Yes. Dotpay makes it possible to accept payments for any goods or services sold or supplied by those who for instance sell items at online auctions, offer goods or services on their websites or would like to accept payments with a payment card or through other payment channels. Dotpay Auction is very simple. A payer needs to know his/her ID and upon login to a relevant website he/she effects payment. Alternatively, one can email or post on a website a properly created hyperlink with information on the customer, payment details and amount.

The My Dotpay administration panel is designed to handle transactions of registered customers and manage Customer accounts held with Dotpay.

Payments for orders placed with online stores can be made by sending ALL REQUIRED DATA from an online store to the Dotpay system. Online store customers provide the payer’s phone number and address on the store’s website and select payment with a credit card. Next, the data is sent along with the identification data of the payment beneficiary (Dotpay user) and the order’s details.

A transaction can amount to min. PLN 1.02. For credit card payments, the upper limit is PLN 20,000 per transaction. Upper limits do no exist in other payment channels.

Information on each payment into your Dotpay account can be found upon logging in to My Dotpay and then selecting Transactions. Additionally, you are notified of each payment by email or optionally by a text message.

Funds can be withdrawn and paid into a bank account via My Dotpay panel. Click Withdrawals and then select Withdrawal Order. You can withdraw part of or all funds. The withdrawal order is fulfilled within three days of being placed.

Full account activation in Dotpay is necessary to withdraw funds and transfer them to an indicated bank account as well as to change data provided in the registration form (except for a company name, NIP, REGON and PESEL). If the account is inactive, you can only accept payments.

The account can be activated only by clicking the Activate Account link in My Dotpay panel. An account activation fee amounts to PLN 10 and it is paid once.

Only if they choose Postal Order or Moje Rachunki. Otherwise your customers do not pay any commission.

Dotpay users pay a commission on accepting payments in line with the Commissions and Table of Payments. The commission is collected separately for each transaction. It is deducted from funds at the time of withdrawal.

Yes. Commission receipts are downloadable from the My Dotpay panel.
